Newark Valley High School senior Austin Smith was recently selected as a winner for the Bill of Rights Institute's "Think the Vote" contest! Students in the Broome-Tioga BOCES New Visions Law & Government Academy responded to a prompt and supported their opinion on the issue with facts, evidence and their informed reasoning. In addition to being a bright and compassionate young man, Austin is also a very talented thinker and writer. We are so proud to call Austin a Cardinal!
