On Saturday Feb. 2, the Newark Valley girls basketball program traveled to Wells College to see NV alumna and current Morrisville State player Anna Raymond play for the Broncos. Raymond scored 9 points in a 81-31 Morrisville State victory. We had 27 players go on the trip from the varsity, jv and modified team, as well as our 5th and 6th grade youth team that is coached by varsity player Bri Beebe. Morrisville St. coach Erin Skaradek visited with the players after the game.
