It was our second year of “Summer Fun and Learn,” a two-week program where kids came to school from 8:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. Students in the program go to four 40-minute classes. Each student was placed in two academic classes (reading, writing, math) and then two enrichment classes. Some enrichment classes were Dinosaurs; Rain Forests; Track and Field; Baking; Ukuleles; Arts and Crafts, Maker Space; Puzzles; STEAM; and Water Fun. The kids and adults had a ball!
