This week students at Newark Valley Middle School got an inspirational message about resiliency and dependency from award-winning singer/songwriter Jared Campbell. Campbell's middle school performances speak to the heart of the changing atmosphere that the students bring at that age. His music drives students to really think about their words and actions toward one another with enough humor to make him captivating to a young audience. "Middle school is the perfect time to take a student that is still capable of being formed into something and driving them toward a positive influence," Campbell said.
