The girls varsity basketball team won the Coaches vs Cancer Christmas tournament at Bath Haverling HS on Dec. 28 and 29.In Game one, NV downed Penn Yan by a score of 46-20. Hayley Beebe had 16 points, Jasmine Graham added 12 points and Cha Gardner had 11 points. In the championship game the girls defeated the host school Bath Haverling by a score of 58 to 28. Hayley Beebe and Jasmine Graham each had 17 points and Cha Gardner had 10 points and 12 rebounds. Hayley Beebe was named tournament MVP and Jasmine Graham was named to the all-tournament team.
