| You may call regarding your hospitalized pet's condition after 10:30 a.m. Because the doctors are seeing clients, preforming medical procedures, or in surgery, they may not be available to speak with you when you call. However, every effort will be made to return your call as soon as possible. If there is any change of a critical nature concerning your hospitalized pet's condition, our doctors will try to contact you immediately.
For general concerns and questions about your pet's health or behavior, our Certified Veterinary Technicians have many years of education and training and will often be able to help you. |
Because we want you to understand what the charges will be, we are happy to provide cost estimates before treatment is started, Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.
