| 2-3-05 The final game of the 2004-2005 season for the JV Boys Basketball team was at Elmira Notre Dame in Elmira, NY. The boys put up a good fight the entire game and in the 4th quarter, they cut the lead to only 4, but could not pull ahead for the win. Nick Portela led all scorers for Newark Valley with 12 points, and 5 blocks. Nick Cromer put in 7 points, and had 3 blocks. Neil Key had 6 points and was big with the rebounds on both ends of the floor. Great way to end the season guys! | |||||||||||||

| The JV boys basketball team claimed victory Tuesday, December 6 at Marathon, 42-29. The boys held the home squad to seven points in the second half of play, cruising to their first win of the season. Nick Cromer led all scorers with 16 points.
